Modera San Pedro Square is a mixed-used development located in downtown San Jose, CA. It includes roughly 12,000 square feet of retail space along with a fitness studio, cyber café and bike storage. The podium style residential building contains 201 apartment units and a multi-story parking structure. Amenities include a leasing office, clubhouse, and roof top barbeque areas. Royal Electric’s scope of work on this design build project included the design and installation of complete electrical and lighting systems, access control, fire alarm, low voltage backbone, WiFi, telecommunications and data systems.
