Royal Electric Company was subcontracted by Flint Builders on this project to construct a new high school on a approximately 56 acre site in Lincoln, CA. This included a 5,000 square foot administration building, 71,000 square foot student center with performing arts, dining and gym facilities.

Royal’s scope of work included all electrical work on site such as: electrical service from the main switchboard to the buildings distribution panels, including transformers, conduit, trenching and conductors; grounding system; lighting and lighting control systems, wiring systems to power all devices and equipment including plumbing and HVAC, communications systems (voice, video, media, clock, data), and emergency systems (egress lighting, fire alarm)
