After nine years of public accounting focused in the area of construction, Keri knew she wanted to be part of a growing team in the industry. Combined with her years as Audit Manager and Supervisor, her Business degree in Accounting from CSU Bakersfield and her Certified Public Accountant credential, Keri’s experience and industry relationships led her to Royal in 2013. As Controller, Keri quickly earned the respect of the executive and operations teams with her ability to balance process improvement and compliance with client and team relationships. Keri was promoted to CFO in 2017 and currently manages various areas of the company’s support operations including Human Resources, Workforce Development, IT, Accounting, and Payroll. With her leadership, the support operations teams deliver professional and high-quality experiences for our clients and employees.

Keri likes to stay engaged in the industry and participates in association events as well as the CFMA peer group. She truly enjoys building relationships with Royal clients and industry peers. Keri also coaches leadership skills and management concepts to Royal team leaders throughout the company. Her ability to focus on sustainable process implementation helps Royal’s growing team deliver consistent results on Royal’s projects.

Keri lives in a rural town outside of Sacramento with her husband and two kids. Their family enjoys taking their RV on road trips to see National sites, as well as camping in all the beautiful regions of California. Keri and her husband love vacationing in tropical destinations, or staying home to enjoy countryside evenings with friends over great wine.
